I feel better today. Finally!!!!! and of course started my new training plan which consisted of an easy 30min run this A.M. I do two a days on Monday-Tuesday and Wednesday. Speed work on Tuesdays and Friday and my long run on Saturday.
Saw Jamie today. He and Steve completed the big run. 70 miles in something like 21hrs. Really good given the terrain on the AT in that section. Jamie did take a spill and has a nasty cut on his knee.
