My current training program seems to be working. I'm not injured and based on my times, my fitness looks good. Currently I'm building up to doing 2 runs a day Thursday
to Sunday. Based on if it's a high volume week or low volume week. I also do track 1 day a week (Tuesday)Eventually I will build up to doing 2/days -4 days
straight. Right now it's just two days...did Friday and Saturday this weekend and I feel great. Sunday my left leg (calf muscle) feels a little tight so basically I did a easy run today and rehab.. along with core and neck!My
mileage is only around 50 or so miles, basically that means all my other runs are easy and short!
