Not a lot of action going on with me. Believe it...I'm still in recovery mode. Doing everything right..eating, sleeping and even added iron supplements. I do feel better..however I have been saying that like, it seems forever. I'll have a good 2 or 3 days of training then be dead for 4 days.
The good news is that I do feel better..have trained for a few days in a row now with no fatiguing side effects and have some new supplements that just came in. So I intend the next post will update you on some good training days and travel plans for CALIFORNIA!!!
