So I put together 3 decent days of training (Fri-Sat-Sun). I actually felt like training, was highly motivated and did not feel like I was ready to go back to bed at 11a.m. So this tells me I'm back. Tomorrow, I'll do active recovery and do what it takes to maintain motivation and plan my training accordingly as there's only 2 weeks left before the next 50K.
Besides feeling great during training, this weekend was big due to:
1. Sun came out during all 3 days of training
2. It was Easter
3. My High School friend came oh so close to winning "THE MASTERS"
