Here is my training for the past two weeks. This is in preperation for the Stage race in June. I'll just highlight the basics.
WEEK #1- Tue: 2 x 800's at 2:52ish Fri-Sat-Sun I did 3, 11 and 9 miles
WEEK #2- Tue: 4 x 800's at 2:52ish Fri-Sat-Sun I did 5, 16 and 9 miles
All the other runs I do are just easy, so I did'nt list them. When I'm healthier I will add a tempo run during the week. Also I'll keep adding to the 800's and keep adding to the weekend days as this race is basically 20 miles Fri Sat Sun for a total of 60 miles. So what do you guys think?? Any tweaks, concerns or other comments!

you are probably right....and more water!!!! I'll get on it!!!!!
johnny, I think you need another running partner in those 800s and Sunday runs. Give me just a few more weeks and I'll be there with ya (making me stay in base right now).
