BEING CONSISTENT

So for the month of May I was in the 40-50 mile weekly range. Along with that, maybe one or two track workouts per week. Not a lot of big mileage but consistent and that is better than anything. I did purchase a ticket to Denver. Getting closer to committing to my next race which looks like BEAR CHASE 50 Miler in September..stay tuned!!
