TODAYS TRAINING

10 mile total for today. I did a easy 4 or so miles then 1.5 miles at 1/2 marathon pace which for me was at 6;45 pace in 9:45 then a 1 mile at 10k pace which was at 6:30 then ended with a 800m at 5K pace in 3 min. that's it...or with a cool down so ended with 10 miles. Go give it a try. Remember, I'm training for an ultra race not a 10k or so....
