Ice bath is part of that. I've been having some little problems with my left leg and foot. Plus just general soreness and fatigue... so I have been doing real recovery with ice bathing after training. I also bought a foam roller (black) to use in between training sessions. I generally recover really well, more so than some other athletes I hang with but I feel so much better when I take time to do all the right things. I have the recovery nutrition down but have always slacked a little when it comes to stretching and using the roller on a regular basis...plus if you know me I really hate to ice. I have adjusted mentally to it now and see it as just as important as all the hard intervals I do! The photo above is of my legs going numb.
