What Now?

For the past few days I've been having fun...doing training (and some actual eating and drinking.:) but nothing really planned out. My so called target race was Wednesday of this past week and I have run everyday since except for today, Sunday...guess I deserve a day off.:) No cross fit today either..but I did do the pool!

So, what now? I will train just like I did before the race. Trying for 50 miles this week(good base training) with more emphasis on core and some strength training. I have been neglecting it a little over the past month but now will add it back in on a regular schedule. May even do my boot camp class? Talk to my coach and training partners. Decide on a race distance and start the process all over. Currently I'm thinking maybe the labor day race (10K) and then a trail race later in September, then Stump Jump (50K)!

I did get an e-mail about an adventure race so will have to look at that too, as I told myself this year would be one of adventure, doing different sports etc..so far I've completed a trail marathon, a duathlon and two 5K's.
