Well, this is my last post for 2007. Some would say I'm not very reflective and they are probably right. I live in the moment (as any Zen Buddhist would) but I did learn a few things this year. I always hope that will be the case. Anyway, for my last post I thought I'd list my top five most memorable runs in '07. So here they are. Oh, they had to be A. memorable B. 10 miles in distance.
* Black Mountain Marathon (1st trail race of 07 and beautiful)
* Stump Jump practice run (with Steve and just fun car trip)
* 5.8 loop twice (this summer after major partying the night before)
* Stone Door Adventure run ( basically 5 hrs. )
* Red and Blue night run (Steve ran last mile butt naked)
So good bye to '07, thanks to all who make my life what it is. Too many people to list but you know who you are....
