Finished the week with a major food fest. Not good! Other than that got in the red white blue trail in 90 degree heat. Maybe that's what made me eat so much last night. Anyway, had a great cross training session today. It looked like this: 3 sets of 1 min jump rope
10 box jumps
farmers walk up a flight of stairs with a truck tire
10 presses with the tire
50 air squats
10 push ups
10 set ups
And if I'm really hard core I'll get in my regular 5 mile loop today. We'll see.
