I've had an Awesome week so far! My fatigue is gone and I had a solid week of training. Which looked like this: MON-easy run, total miles =3
TUES-track 1000's x 3 total miles=6
WED-1 min on 1 min off x 10 total miles =6
THU-easy run total miles =8
So today I may take off or do some cross training which I've been doing everyday with a long run (20 miles) coming on Saturday. Just do not know if I'll stay on trails or do that organized run down in suburbia (cool springs).
