Physically I don't feel so bad. However, I'm doing what it takes to recover from this past month.
So Sunday was completely off from training. I did train some of the Nashville Roller derby team.:) which was fun! oh..and ate a lot it seemed.
Monday was just spent stretching and riding the indoor bike. Tuesday, I did run a easy 3miles and Wednesday, I actually did a cross-fit training session. Today, Thursday I'll do another easy 3 miler and some core,then I'm thinking doing the Nashville strider's run this weekend as it will be well stocked and managed.
Also during this time I'm planning out the next 50k to continue the 1 per month theme for 2009!
It's looking like Arkansas..

Hey man, glad to see your keeping up with the 50k's. Impressive.
I've been working in crossfit training as well. I'm also doing some of the crossfit endurance stuff. Those are some hard workouts!

Jeff, Yea..they are hard..I try to use cross-fit training as a way to compliment my running.
