This time I really do feel back to normal. I've had 10 days in a row of running. Some fatigue but not quiet the same lows as before. I may even get in a double this weekend and do over 20miles in 2 days! That would be big for me if you looked at my training the past 4 weeks(very low mileage)..I believe I've had one run over 15 miles.
Plus I feel fat..it's tough to try to lose wt. and recover at the same time. I weighed in yesterday and didn't like what the scale showed. No panic...just have to focus on eating a little less but highly nutritious foods. I would like to be at the starting line around 138..we'll see.
Still trying to put this Cali trip/race together..I should have decisions made by this weekend. That will take some stress off. Just knowing I'm registered etc..
