Consistent and Doubles

Back at being consistent in my training this week. I'm feeling really good too as everyday I've done at least doubles. My easy runs are a lot faster in times and I'm not as nearly fatigued overall. Meaning I've recovered!!! totally!!!..physically and mentally (very important)

Looking forward to the Chattanooga Rock Creek trail marathon next weekend. Doing this as a easy training run as I couldn't find a 50k to do this month that was near Tn. Hopefully go down with Ted, crash at my friend Jacklyn's place and enjoy the trails and city of Chattanooga, Tn. However, races start coming my way with June's (Stage race 60miles), August (Bulldog50k, Cali) Oct (Stump jump) and the Nashville Ultra again this year..by year's end should be 12 races completed.

Been drinking this smoothie (recipe from one of my books) hopefully will get more veggies in my system: 1 cup or so of Hemp milk
1 scoop Green's +
1 scoop Muscle milk
Blueberries
Banana's
water to thin
omega oils 3-6-9
None of it has to be refriegerated so that helps..just throw in the blender and consume..tastey!!
