WORKOUT WEEK

So it's been a while since I've added speed to my running. This past week thought I'd get back at it along with the long easy runs/ My week looked something like this:

Mon-easy run of 3 miles plus wts
Tue-mile repeats x 3 total-6-7miles +yoga
Wed-easy 8 miles
Thu-400's x 4 total 9 miles +core
Fri-5 mile easy run
Sat-long run 12 miles (snow run) really more people should get out in nature. Shows how weak people really are in the modern age as they let 2-4" of snow mess with their day!
SUN: 6 miles easy

Other items of interest this past week:

@ It snowed/iced a lot more than usual this week..very beautiful and fun to play in.
@ Had my running friends over for eats, drinks and scattagories..super fun!!
@ Watched Ted, Jeff ,Chris and Alex run a 5 mile tempo at 5:30 pace. I was official time keeper.
@ Got Lab results back from the Doctor..and I am going to Die.:).So what, we All are going to die
at some point in time , I may die just a little earlier. I will try to make some adjustments
naturally but will NEVER go on meds.
