Means taper. Everything is basically done. Just have to keep my leg turn over high, stay healthy, find a crew and go racing. Ha, that's easily said and sometimes hard to accomplish. To maintain confidence in what I've done in my racing/training, try not to have any doubt creep in and all of that. However, I should be OK.
Had a busy weekend with a good long tempo run, the Vanderbilt Invitational, clients, yoga and hanging with friends. Wish all weekends were like this past one.
