
Well, I've never entered into a new year of training being injured. First time for almost everything, right. Having this foot pain, that if not tended to, really really hurts. Honestly,I've been so so in treating it. I promise to do better as it hampers my whole being and makes my day unpleasant. Basically this consist of ICE ICE and more ICE, a little ibuprofen and not running junk miles!!! So there..no more complaining.
My first week back:
MON-wts + easy run
TUE-400's at 6 min pace
WED-wts + easy run
THU-mile repeats
FRI-easy run + wts
SAT-easy run
SUN-long run 15 miles

Your injured and have a training week like that???
yea...but i'm paying for it now. I admitt, I don't know how to really rest. In some pain now and watching my movements..which really sucks, on top of frustration...anyway..i'm going to be better this week!
