I'm racing this weekend. First race of the year. I know this trail and have many markers to let me know just how I'm doing. My plan is to go sub 5 hours. If I'm hurting due to my injury (which I will know by mile 8) I'll bail and just do a easy 16 mile run. If all systems are GO..I meet my goal..SUB 5 HOURS which will be my second best time on this course. My best is 4:46 back in 2008.
