A perfect day for running a long race. Overcast and a little cool. I had many friends and clients running either the half or the full. I got up in plenty of time to dress right, hop on the bike and get to mile 3 for the leaders to show up.
Took lots of pictures (go to additional photos) . Tooled around on the bike and had plenty of fun. Steve, Jeff and I mainly looked for Jamie Dial and tried our best to encourage him to his goal! I do not know every one's times but looked as if most came in close to what they wanted!
Then I got to run my easy five miler which was basically pain free and in 37:30 too! Means I'm well tapered for Strolling Jim 40 miler if I go. I should have a decision in a few days! EZ???
