Monday Musings

* 3 weeks in and I'm feeling the best I've felt in years!

* Love riding my single speed bike (fixed)

* I have not driven my car in over 4 weeks and I love that!

* Cycling and this weather makes me miss California (I'll be there in 4 weeks)

* Watched the TdF this year..Lance was somewhat of an inspiration to me...I believe he is 37.

* Loving this weather and do not know why some people complain about sunny and 90F.

* Went downtown to watch a local cycling race...was disappointed in the size of the field. pro1-2

* Was nice to see some old friends from that sport still suffering in Crit races!

* Registering for the BUllDOg 50K today!

* Running 60 miles this week!
