A GOOD WEEK!!!

The last few days have been AWESOME! Training has gone very well and I'm feeling great. It's summer time and the temperature is soaring!

There are a few of my friends that have raced or are racing that I would like to say
are a great inspiration to me!!!!

Jacklyn Greenhill: Western States..was her 1st 100 miler
Abi Meadows: still running the VOL STATE race: 318 miles
Ashley Dewberry Tahoe Rim 100 miler,his first. Dropped at mile 80 but learned much.
Jayden Stevens: Completed the Tahoe 100, but don't know his time?

Could be some others out there but these are the ones I know of. Everytime I don't feel like training all I have to do is think of the ones out there doing it. Helps get me out the door!!!
