As always, a coffee cup in my hand. This photo is after a training session down in Florida. I had to walk the dog and it's always more fun with coffee.
I put in some good mileage down there with a really good track session on Christmas day. So good in fact, that now I'm in a hole. I'm sore and fatigued. Probably due to the fact that I haven't done 12 x 400's in a while.
But by week's end I will have somewhere around 60 miles for the week and I'm looking forward to waking up refreshed one morning. That will be Monday I'm sure as I know I do not have to train until later in the day.
