So my races and results for 2009 are as follows:

3 day Stage race-60mile-10:51-21st place

Not the best ever but a really good base building first half of the year as I prepare for the rest of 2009. I intend to go back to California for the Bull Dog 50k as a good prep for Stump Jump here in Tennessee. I started my 12 week build up for the Oct 3 rd race. This is mainly what I did for the Mt Mist race back in January..with a little tweaking
