50 miles this past week so feeling a little more confident in my abilities. It's also August..a month for hot weather, my birthday, the race and surfing in California. So a great month for me!
This week...week #6 I'm focusing on doing more two a day workouts instead of just another long run. So far so good! We'll see after this week I guess. Oh...and the Olympics begin so that will get me fired up too!
