Good Session

After some good miles Sunday (11.2) and Monday (9) I had a decent outing today on the track. No partners, no fanfare, or split taker...just me and some hot sun. My track session today consisted of doing a mile with even splits then recover for 3 minutes followed by six 400 meters with 2 min recovery in between. So I'm posting my times: the mile in 5:33 with splits of 1:18 1:23 1:26 1:26...I wish they were a little more consistent like all done at a pace of 1:23 but what can you do. My 400's were better: 1:20 1:22 1:22 1:21 1:21 :21. Just like my coach wanted. I'm doing the same workout on Friday. Can't wait!!
