Damn, I love hot weather but today I think I over heated. Jamie and I ran at 12:30pm and I basically suffered. Granted I
didn't have fluids on the run but I have trained my body to take that kind of suffering. Maybe I was dehydrated before. Who knows but I
couldn't take in enough fluids afterwards and had to take a nap to cool down. Tonight
I'll make sure I'm drinking (water) plenty-:) Other than the over heating episode, I feel good body wise today . Maybe a little tired from all the training over the weeks/months. Looking forward to just one workout tomorrow.
