Awesome....Had one of my best days of training. Had to do 5 x 1000m on the track today. Hit them in 3:35 avg. Which was my goal. Again, if I can do this with 5 hrs sleep and in the heat, I must be in shape. You'd think I would know by now that sleep is important. However, I did eat a little more than usual last night. That could have helped boost my glycogen storage's some. Plus got a great massage...had her work on my lower left leg that's been nagging me for over a month.
Anyway, finished off the day poolside. Can't beat that!
