Ok...after conferring with my coach, I will be doing a lot of miles in the next 4 days. Total over 40 miles.
My schedule looks like this:
Thursday-10 miles easy
Friday-Hill workout 6-8 hill repeats with 200m strides in between. Total miles at least 5
Saturday-12 mile long run
Sunday-15 mile trail run w/Jamie
So I'm sure Monday when I start my week I'll be feeling it!!!.
This weekend I have lots of friends racing. So Best of luck to:

Emily Ryan-Moon pie 10 miler...I predict top 3.
Steve Taylor-Qualifier Triathlon in Iowa.

Linda Depaulis-Moon pie..who will win her age group
All of these people I have either contributed to their racing plan or they have helped me in
some way, so I'm grateful in either case. I'll be waiting to see how it all goes down for them.
