Spent the last two days cross-training and doing easy runs until today! Sunday's cross fit session was awesome. We did 3 rounds of air squats-wall ball and hand stand presses with reps of 50-25-10. My easy runs were just that, much easier than cross-fit training. I did measure my little route I do most afternoons. It's supposed to be 5 miles. I drove it and it measured 4.8 miles. Close enough for me.:)
Today's track session was hard but doable. 1 x 400 at 75 (R at3 minutes) then 1 x 800 at 2:30's (R at 6 minutes) then another 800 and finish with a fast 400m. I loved this workout as mentally I could get into it. I did 74-2:39-2:34-76.
