This blog post goes out to my friend and training partner Jamie Dial who this past weekend placed 4th in the National 100 mile trial Championship Race. Jamie posted a time of 20 hours and 56 minutes. The race took place in Lake Tahoe, California, which made it even tougher on the competitors. Rock Star, personal trainer and triathlete Steve Taylor was there to see the action unfold and to help Jamie in the last 50 miles of the race. He told me today Jamie was focused and had an Awesome race and was only minutes out of third place. So great job Jamie and Steve. Looking forward to Stump Jump in October!
