Man..I've suffered all week from heavy leg syndrome.:) Could be from doing that 16 mile trail run on Saturday then following it up with a 12 miler on Tuesday. I put down some good mile times that Tuesday but today's workout suffered...I will not even blog my mile times today as I'm too
embarrassed.:) ...On a more positive note I'm on track to do 55-60 miles this week..just depends on Saturdays long run.
