Spent the last day of the week climbing at Foster Falls. Other than being very sore, mainly hands and forearms, It was a awesome trip and wish I could do this more often. Maybe I will as I see myself becoming more and more drawn to trail running and other outdoor style fitness activities....So for now have to get back into training for this 10k..on the road with some longer trail runs.Talking to both Jamie and Steve, we can't wait for the ultra season to start. Jamie is headed to Lake Tahoe,Ca this week to take on the 100miler so I wish him the best! To view more climbing photos you can go to additional photos on my web-site.

Awesome photos! I can tell you guys had a great time. It looks beautiful there. I remember when Steve told me he went to Foster Falls I had never heard of it. I see a road trip in my near future!!
