I'm tracking to run
approximately 70 miles this week. That's a lot for me. And my body has handled it so far...we'll see by how I feel Sunday. It's Thursday and I have gotten in 43 miles by the end today's training sessions. Plus I've trained my core 2
X's and even some light weights this week. SO feel really good about that. My recovery program is AWESOME. I do not even consider myself "on form" yet. Never thought I'd put in this type of
mileage but when I was racing bikes I did big hours so I guess I can see why it would transfer over to my running. Do not feel burned out or
drudgery either, which is always a good thing. Mostly just good Chi running.
