Big Miles

I'm tracking to run approximately 70 miles this week. That's a lot for me. And my body has handled it so far...we'll see by how I feel Sunday. It's Thursday and I have gotten in 43 miles by the end today's training sessions. Plus I've trained my core 2X's and even some light weights this week. SO feel really good about that. My recovery program is AWESOME. I do not even consider myself "on form" yet. Never thought I'd put in this type of mileage but when I was racing bikes I did big hours so I guess I can see why it would transfer over to my running. Do not feel burned out or drudgery either, which is always a good thing. Mostly just good Chi running.
