I love this place!!...This a.m. did yoga over looking the ocean! Nice..and chilly, then did a 3 mile easy run down Malibu Rd. My afternoon run will be a 6 miler..out and back...however I should say up and back..its 3 miles at 8% grade up then back down,the view is awesome but I hope it will not pound away at my knees and quads so much on the way down.
