Going Good

This week has started and remains great. My Monday runs and weights (neck) felt good..my body is recovered and rested. Tuesday I did 12 x 400's at 1:20 with 1 min R and today did 12 miles of trails. And that's after some mojitos at Rumba last night that put the hurt on me.:) and a "doughnut". Also some leg aches and pains but that's expected. I'm actually teaching a spin class at Vanderbilt tonight. The best part of that process I believe is putting a cool music track down. Spin classes without decent music really blows!!

Okay tough guy, Mojitos at Rumba , "doughnuts" as in like Krispy Creme? How do you get way with this?!You have abs of steel and ran 12 miles of trails the next day ?! Life is not fair.If I have an alcoholic beverage I wake up the next day with a strange man in my bed, does this happen to you? (Tee hee-just kidding) As for donuts I have to eat the whole box. You have no sense of moderation and look great! I have no sense of moderation and look like cottage cheese!

Spin class rocked! Good instruction, great music, awesome workout. like i never ate all those donut holes...
