Whew...happy this week is over. I usually say something like this was the best weekend ever (very positive) but came into this one with sore-dead legs and felt like crap. However, got a great nap Saturday after my long run (and a smoothie) and had fun Saturday night! Finished the week with a good cross fit session. Oh....and by the way, got trounced by my training partner but I'm sure I can beat their time my next go at it!
