Well, I had an AWESOME training weekend which actually started Thursday with a good track session of 200-400-800 meters x 2 and continued into Friday with a easy a.m. run with
Jamie on the NCAA cross country course. Saturday I ran early (it was freaking cold) doing two loops of the horse trails plus a good warm up and cool down. Finally had a decent run, maybe because I had my foot worked on by Josh
Renkens (chiropractor) both Tuesday and Friday. Anyway had one of my best long runs (17 miles) in over a month...I had a good training partner too that Saturday which helped me stay focused!

Way to go Johnny!Glad your foot is better. You are going to do great at Stump Jump.I saw Jamie at the Music City Tri today with his family. Stephen's tri groups did great.Keep up the good work!
