It's been a week since I last posted to this site. My weeks seem to go by fast here of late. Anyway I was on the track two times last week to test out my foot and check my fitness. I did 4 x 400 at 1:35 one day and 3 x 1 mile repeats at 6:35 on another. While they are not super sonic speed work outs they were meant mainly to test my foot. My fitness is still there too as this is the first track workout in over a month, so I
pleased with that. My foot
didn't hurt either..only later at night and some in the A. M. So more rehab this week and continuing to log
mileage between 25-30 miles a week. My body has never felt so strong in a long while. I'm doing strength workouts but they are bizarre old school
kettle bell exercises. Maybe after a little while longer I'll take a picture of myself (old school bodybuilder style) and post it for fun. Then I can get back to thinking and making my body into a skinny non-pencil neck runner!!
