Perfect Day


This is a picture of me at mile 10 (Indian Rock House) Stump jump 50K..
So, I'm coming off a week of recovery/rest and another awesome weekend. Which really felt like a mini-vacation! There were some elements of training to it, but mainly just Friends-Food-and Fun!
Today I ran a easy 3 miles (on road) with basically no pain and no racing goal either other than it's just my lifestyle to stay fit. It was great run and a great way to start the day which had already started awesome!!! I also did some kettle bell exercises which consisted of squats, Turkish getup's, pull ups and some core....I wish all workouts would go so easy and perfect!
