Had a Great 16 miler Saturday! Glad I did because I helped with the Flying Monkey Marathon (aid station mile 10 and 15) and was bummed that I could not join in. The weather was perfect and the race went well. Everyone looked as if the were enjoying themselves even though the course is very tough. Basically 2 times the 11.2 loop in the park plus some. Anyway I did 5 miles afterward and watching the race definitely fired me up for both training and racing! I posted some Flying Monkey pictures on Flickr.
