Florida

Once again I'm in Florida. I drove all night Wednesday night and arrived here around 6am Thursday morning. I unloaded the car and did a 30 minute easy beach run (bare foot). Was going to do a 8 mile run Thursday afternoon but ended up doing only 4 miles.

Today I did a crossfit morning session followed by a 5 mile run this afternoon.

Of course the weather is awesome. Temps are 75-78F and much blue sky. I made the rounds letting old friends know I'm here. Drank lots of Mike's hard lemonade and crashed early Thursday evening. The video is of the beautiful Florida sunset. I hope you enjoy. It's not long and the sun sets faster in the winter but it still is awesome.!
