11.2 LOOP RACE

Well, I've started my year with a WIN!! No thanks to me. My team (F the A Team) won on Saturday based on points. Everyone (Patrick, Maureen and Eric) ran well and posted great times on the 11.2 loop. I stayed within my zone and averaged right at 7 minute pace. It paid off too because today I did not feel any soreness or fatigue. With Black Warrior being only a few weeks out I know it was the smart thing to do. It was a blast having everyone out there running the loop, catching and passing and being passed. Have not had that much company running the 11.2 in a long while. Plus it was Nebraska cold yesterday and today! Do not know when this cold spell will go away but soon I hope!
