Winter Time

Geeeezzz! It's freaking winter I guess. I try to mentally get through it by thinking Bode Miller!.:) Doing World Cup downhill events then head back to the lodge and hanging out in the hot tub! Sounds good doesn't it. Does to me. It is January but what about Global Warming? However in reality I do my Monday easy recovery day with core training in the a.m. then a easy 3 mile run on the cross country course then MP Moves in the p.m. Usually around 8-9pm my body starts to feel good after moving most the day. Oh.. and with a few ibuprofen..haha! I'm happy the 11.2 race didn't bang me up on Saturday as I'm planning on doing hill repeats and some fast track stuff on Tuesday.
