A great week so far as I've trained with Steve Taylor on Monday. We rode fixed gear bikes and I'm sore. It was fun, scary and awesome. If you have rode a fixed gear bike you know what I'm talking about. No brakes, no
helmet but total awareness. Finished off that day with movement prep exercises and core. I did a track session on Tuesday then ran with Jamie 8 miles. Always fun training with him plus I get fired up hearing his stories. He just returned from
Colorado ice climbing and trail running. Fires me up to get back into climbing some and making some adventure trips soon. So thanks guys for making my week so far. Looking forward to some long runs for the remaining of the week!
