ACTIVE RECOVERY

My active recovery routine today:

1 hr easy spin on bike

Movement Prep Exercises (7)

2 rounds of Cross Fit exercises

*squat thrust using 60lbs
*Turkish Get up using 25lbs
*full body shuffle

I plan on being a little sore but whatever...I have not done Cross Fit in awhile!
