ACTIVITY FILLED WEEKEND

First a big congratulations to Jamie Dial and Wendy Parker-Dial for their dual victory at Mt Cheaha 50K. I do not have the winning times yet but will post them when I get them. It may be a first 50K husband/wife victory? We are lucky to have such a great number of elite trail racers! right here in Nashville!

My weekend was filled with tons of activity. Made it go by both fast and slow. I did a lot but sleep. Training was mostly trails doing the cross country course Friday, horse trails Saturday and the infamous Sylvan Park route on Sunday. Which I found more pleasure in running this time.

My body feels totally recovered except for a sore left hamstring which is bothersome. I also registered for the LBL 60K on March 8th. So I'm pumped!!! especially after the Dial's victory.
