It has taken me longer than I expected to recover from my last race (
LBL 60K) But this week has been good so far! Ran an easy 9 miler on Sunday with a track session on Tuesday. Only 4 x 400 at 1:25. Fast enough to get my legs to start turning over faster. Then a soggy lap on the horse trails Wednesday.
Rock Creek is putting on a 10 mile trail race that I want to do before I go back into long distance mode. My goal is to do the
Strolling Jim 40 miler (on the road) I believe in May..I'll have to check the race dates? Anyway, it's Spring Time and that make my body feel Awesome! As I love warm weather!
