All runs have been easy...longer this week.. Trying to obtain 60 miles by weeks end. Would have been even better if the freaking SUN would come out and actually let SPRING begin. I sometimes get really bored with this weather. So enough bitching about something I can't change. Just do my miles, feel healthy and blessed which I am. Running schedule for this week:
SUN: 10k at 8 min pace
Mon: 3 miles easy + mp exercises
Tue: 8 miles at 8 min pace
Wed: 11.2 loop in 1:30
Thu: 5 miles easy
Fri: 5 mile easy
Sat: 20 miles (prob. trails)
That should be 60 miles plus or minus...always seems weather dependent as that effects my overall mood of things! I do feel like I'm becoming more fit and losing some weight. Need to get on the scale soon!
