Fan Fare Week

Doing my life....Thursday was on the track at 12:30pm...HOT but I loved it...did 3 x 800 all at 2:50's...low mileage but increased intensity. Friday I took off and went to the riverfront to see country music. My brother was playing and my cousin..so it was nice to see them...free tickets too! Saturday I was on the 5.8 loop and today (Sunday) ran with Patrick,Eric and Maureen doing one lap of the horse trials (8 miles)..in 55min. So not bad as I've been feeling pretty beat up and lacking motivation. Just trying to be consistent...trying to focus on the race coming up and California in August. Oh..I did purchase a new lap top and learning to navigate on the thing in between workouts! It's a Compaq Presario F700 and I have a beautiful tutor. It's really hard to focus!
